Another Copic Dragon :) This one's a Rise Dragon, don't know if anyone remembers the species or not.. They can control weather. Usually they go around causing bad weather, but sometimes they're nice.

Rise dragons...aren't they the weather ones, like the swan-looking one and that rather unfriendly-looking stormy guy that you took down? It...kinda looks like it's wearing a scarf, but I like its face. x3 Hey, would you consider putting some of your old work back up in your other account, or was that removed because of theft and the like?

it actually was black and gray and white with just a few blue markings, but for some reason when I scanned it was blue tinted XD XD
