And for people who keep asking me if I just have a stash of keys and gears, I order all my stuff in bulk from either Hong Kong or most of the gears come from the US.

Here's how it works: You can either wait until I do pre-made ones or commission me for one. If you commission one, you pay ahead and I reserve it for you: you can also customize it

How To Commission One

★ Send me a note telling me what you would like. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM BELOW. I can do any style that is in my gallery (linking to pictures helps) - or if you have your own idea I can always try something new.

What I have to work with:

★ I have gold and silver keys, they vary in style.

★ I have angel wing charms

★ I have lock charms

★ The gears vary: I try to create a unique yet eye pleasing composition so the necklace is unique for you and you alone

★ If you want another type of charm, for example a star shaped charm or something else, you can ask me and I'll see if I can find something at a nearby craft store. Buying a special charm for you might cost a few dollars extra.

Pricing:

For the ones in my gallery, they run $25.00 for a similar design plus whatever shipping is (In the U.S it's $5.00 shipping, International is $10-15 depending)

If you want a more complex design (Like the Time Travel Key - more gears, extra wings ect) Will run about $45.

Payment:

Paypal is preferred, but I also accept cash / money order / check. If you pay by mail, just remember I do not start working until payment is received.

Time it takes:

It does not take me long to make these but if I'm waiting for supplies it could take up to 2 weeks. I also would like a week or so leeway for shipping. If you need it by a specific date you need to tell me that date upfront.

Once it is done I will show you the piece and if you approve, I will ship it off.

F.A.Q FOR MAKING JEWELRY

Do you really make these yourself? Yes. These are hand made XD I wouldn't take credit for work done by someone else. I do not carve these from metal: I get the keys either from craft stores or ebay. Same with the wings or whatever else. The gears are real gears from the insides of old pocket watches. I either buy the chains or make them myself by connecting links.

Where do you get all this stuff? Crafts stores, repair shops, ebay - any junk store or trinket shop

What holds them together? Sometimes I use wire but mostly I work with super glue or goop.

How long do they take you to make? When I have all the parts not long: it's ordering or searching for cool stuff to make them with that takes a lot of time. I'd say I can do them in 2 weeks - if I have everything they can be done in a few days.

How durable /strong are they? They are metal charms - not steel or anything I don't think they bend easy by hand - but treat it like a glass necklace: the gears are delicate: don't go dropping these. Again, these are hand made pieces of art. Some may vary: if you have a lot of gears they become more delicate. These are crafts held together with super glue: not welded.
